Jackie Stansell, AMFT
Jackie Stansell is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong foundation in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, rooted in a deep respect for each client’s lived experience and inner world. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence to the therapy space, offering a relational approach that supports clients in exploring the unconscious patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Over the past couple of years, Jackie has provided therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. She has a particular commitment to serving BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities with cultural humility and compassion. Her work has included helping clients navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her clinical work integrates psychodynamic insight with practical CBT tools, offering both depth and structure to the healing process. She is especially skilled at building strong therapeutic rapport, creating a space where clients feel seen, safe, and understood.
