About Olivia Callister, AMFT
I’m Olivia Callister, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), and I work with women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, and grief. Many of the clients I see are used to holding everything together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Together, we create space to slow down, understand what’s underneath, and begin to feel more steady, supported, and like yourself again.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates nervous system work, somatic awareness, and parts-based therapy. I help clients understand why their mind and body respond the way they do, and how to gently shift those patterns in a way that feels safe and manageable. Through this work, clients build emotional regulation, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
I work with women navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum. My style is collaborative, steady, and paced so that therapy feels supportive, not overwhelming. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore at your own pace.
