Trauma-Informed Therapy

I use a variety of trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR, psychodynamic, parts work, polyvagal theory, and trauma-focused CBT, to support deep, lasting healing. My nervous system-informed approach helps uncover the origins of trauma, release stored stress through grounding techniques, and build emotional resilience. Together, we’ll help you process painful experiences and move toward greater self-awareness and balance.

EMDR – Weekly Options

EMDR is a powerful therapy for processing trauma and restoring emotional balance. I offer flexible options, including traditional 50-minute sessions, extended 75- or 100-minute sessions for more in-depth work, and adjunct EMDR to support clients already in therapy elsewhere. My goal is to tailor EMDR to your unique needs and healing journey.

With half-day, full-day, and multi-day options, clients can experience faster, lasting relief—even if traveling from out of town.

Payment Information:
Weekly and EMDR Intensive sessions can be paid via Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. I also offer 6-month and 12-month deferred-interest plans through CareCredit for EMDR Intensives.

Insurance Information:
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I am not contracted with any insurance companies. However, many insurance plans reimburse a portion of psychotherapy costs. Upon request, I can provide a detailed monthly invoice, or “superbill,” that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to verify your out-of-network benefits.
